At Breath of Fury, we focus on specializing breathing techniques specific to each sport. Every sport is not the same, therefore the breathing technique should not be the same either. The right breathing technique will help you recover faster, restore your energy and enhance your performance. A lot of athletes focus on sport specific techniques and strength training, however without the right breathing technique, those “specific techniques” cannot be used to their maximum potential. By incorporating the Breath of Fury breathing technique, we can help athletes reach their maximum performance level. Even though we focus the majority on athletes, our wide variety of breathing techniques can help even the average person.
We are constantly doing case studies to find the out the best way to enhance performance. We come from a teaching background, so with that experience, we figure out the best way someone learns and we apply it.

As breathing is essential to life, we want to set you up for success. Our goal is not only for us to do well teaching you and helping you, but also to see how much you can succeed. I’ve been using the electrolytes by Breath of Fury after I experienced an episode of extreme muscle spasm in my back which left me in crippled with pain.
